How quickly will my order ship?

It is our mission to get your gear in your hands as quickly as possible.  To that end, we usually ship your package to you within 24 hours of receiving the order.

How do I join the Loyalty Rewards program?

Signing up for the Loyalty Rewards program is simple. Creating an account on Lews.com automatically enrolls you in the program.


How do I redeem Loyalty  Rewards points?

Loyalty reward points are always offered as a method of payment at checkout.  You can choose to use them as you get them, or save them up for something big! 


Do Loyalty points expire?

Yes, reward points expire 24 months from the day they are earned.

Pro Staff FAQs

 
How do I join the pro staff?

Thank you for your interest in Lew’s Fishing! We are a growing company and appreciate your support. Unfortunately, we are not accepting pro staff applications at this time. We currently have an adequate number of promotional staff. We wish you the best of luck going forward!


Do you sponsor high school anglers?

Yes. Any high school club/team that is recognized by the school’s administration and has a designated advisor, coach or adult supervisor is eligible to register for participation in the Lew’s High School Fishing Program. A club/team must consist of at least six individuals to qualify for this program. 


What does being on the pro staff entail?

The opportunity to promote Lew’s products and brand name via many different venues (e.g. tournament fishing, guiding, store and other promotions, seminars, charitable work, writing, internet posting, Social Media such as Facebook & Twitter, radio, video, etc.).
